Ship and Delivery Policy

Shipping Processing:
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST. All orders received before 4:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.

Lost Shipments:
If you have tracked your package, and there is a discrepancy in delivery information, or they have lost it in transit. Please send us a text message immediately by the WhatsApp number +91-9105313050.
We will contact the courier company right away and start a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent.
International Shipments:
We require all international customers to submit a complete shipping address with zip code, name of the city, state. Once you’ve placed your order, you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information. International shipment may not postbox numbers.
Customs Clearance:
International shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees, or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. They sent invoices with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
Free Shipping:
Sometimes, our company provides free shipping on a special offer. You can see the details in the special offer section.
"Shipping charges will be $44" for international shipments. The shipping charge also depends upon the quantity and destination. If the bulk quantity of the order is placed, the lowest shipping charge will be applied.
Fumigation Certificate:
A fumigation certificate is mandatory. It will charge you $15.
Because of covid-19(Coronavirus) Fumigation certificate is compulsory custom clearance.
The customs officer will examine everything. We are also a pioneer in carrying Fumigation treatment of Human Hair.
They inspected that there were no lice, bedbugs, mosquitoes, cockroaches, ants, rats, and rodent control. The customs officer also checks whether they are real raw hair extensions. It also inspects if there is Human Hair.
Without a fumigation certificate, they will not send the shipment from India.
